Manufacturing Process
Sourcing the Wood
The first step in the manufacturing process is the sourcing of raw materials. Hardwood species like oak, maple, birch, and cherry are typically chosen for their desirable properties. These woods are strong, durable, and have an attractive appearance, making them perfect for high-quality plywood production.
Veneer Production
Once the trees have been harvested, the logs are transported to a sawmill, where they are processed into thin sheets called veneers. Layering and Construction
